Who can we help?
Our business philosophy is focus to succeed. Although our diversified
management team and extensive strategic alliances in China and the
U.S. enable us to serve a wide range of business clients, we are
particularly keen in serving companies in the following business:
-
U.S. manufacturers who
-
possess suitable (not necessarily high) technology
and products;
-
desire to produce and sell their products in the
Chinese market;
-
desire to open production base in China in order to
be more cost competitive in the global market;
-
seek low cost suppliers and producers from China;
¡¡
-
U.S. wholesalers and retailers who
-
Look for business partners with established
distribution network in China;
-
Seek suppliers and producers in China to lower
merchandise costs.
¡¡
-
U.S. investors who
-
Seek to acquire or merge with Chinese business to
expand their market scope;
-
Look for opportunities in real estate development
in China.
What can we do?
Simply
put it, if you have a suitable product, we will put up money to
produce it in China. Ideally, you are an established company and your
product is a proven success in the U.S. but it may have greater
potential in China. Our preferred method of cooperation is to form a
joint venture with you, in which our contributions include:
- Raising sufficient financial capital to acquire
real estate, working capital, human resources, and any other
necessary assets to build and operate the plant.
- Selecting appropriate location for production
facility;
- Obtaining all necessary government approval and
production licenses.
- Recruiting qualified workers.
- Dealing with governments and other businesses to
minimize and overcome any operational difficulties.
- Making necessary investment in research and
development and particularly in adapting the product for the Chinese
market.
- Making necessary investment in developing
distribution networks in China.
We expect our
partners to contribute
- Technical know-how of the product;
- Capital contribution in the form of key
equipment, acquired new or by relocating your existing equipment;
- Training programs for workers and engineers;
- Key personnel to direct production organization
and management.
Our value to you
The seemingly fascinating opportunities in China do not
necessarily turn into benefits for US companies. Experience shows that
it takes more time, money and resources if companies go to China by
themselves. Culture differences, regulatory and infrastructure
hurdles, and people issues are just a few of the many problems US
company will encounter in their endeavors of entering China market.
This is where we come in - We turn the ¡¡ãFor All" prospects into
¡¡ãYours Only" opportunities
